A personalised reading is closer to commissioned writing than to a mass digital download. That is why our first instinct is to review and correct, not to hide behind vague policy language.
Before completion
If you contact us before your reading has been completed and sent, we can review whether cancellation or refund is still possible based on the work already begun.
After completion
Because this is a personalised written service, refunds are not normally offered once the reading has been completed. If the issue is factual rather than subjective, we prefer to review and correct it first.
When revisions make sense
If we clearly used the wrong birth details or missed an obvious issue tied to your submitted information, contact us and we will review the case carefully. Where appropriate, we may revise or resend your reading.
How to ask
Reply to the email from us or write to alex@veildestiny.com with your order reference, the email used, and a short explanation of the issue. We aim to respond with care rather than canned language.
